Hotel Iceberg Bansko

The breakfast had a huge variety with delicious options every morning, we started our day well-fueled for skiing.

The bedsheets were not big enough and didn't fit the mattress properly, uncomfortable during the night.

This place is good small and the staff are efficient. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet! The venue rooms are tidy with a fridge and terrace, for example.

Well heated and warm rooms with pleasant views. Great food, especially savoury and tasty breakfast. Perfect, favourable location next to the downtown and the restaurant and big food portions and Bansko.

Inconsistent housekeeping services!!! The common areas had unpleasant odors!!! The late-night snack options were practically non-existent!!!

the breakfast was savoury and tasty, the staff was efficient, the grounds were fairly clean. the atmosphere created was quiet. the standard twin room was modest, everything was great. exceptionally comfortable bed and the bathroom was clean. the hotel had a great and absolutely perfect location close to the city center. what's more, it was just off the restaurant, the iceberg and the downtown.

Its location at a medium distance from Molerite was particularly good. Located in 10 minutes' walk to the downtown, the stuff where very amiable...

The sheets were far too small for the bed, unacceptable. The shower cabin just wouldn't drain properly, leaving a lovely little pool of water. Shockingly, no one offered me a complimentary extra towel for my inconvenience. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't, given these critical oversights.

Thoroughly impressed with our stay! So relaxing and enjoyable, such a good spa experience!

Just a fitting option for a walk in evening in Bansko with fantastic value. The breakfast was varied every morning, a nice surprise. Try to explore the nearby town for some great food options.

The self-service breakfast offers a decent variety, a must before hitting the slopes.

Parking is a bit of a circus. Unless you get there early, you might find yourself a few streets away, which isn't ideal after a long day of skiing. Heating in the rooms can go from cozy to sauna real quick, especially during a heatwave. Housekeeping services seem hit or miss. You might get fresh towels, but don't expect a thorough clean every day. The occasional funny odor in the hallways adds a note of intrigue, but not the good kind. And if you're planning to unwind in the spa, just know the sauna might not be in peak condition. For the price, it fits the bill, but it definitely shows signs of needing a refresh.

Comfortable Stay with Excellent Breakfast Options

I enjoyed my stay, especially the good breakfast spread that included options like fresh pastries and a variety of hot dishes to fuel up before hitting the slopes. The available spa facilities, particularly the warm pool which seemed like a bath, were perfect. I think the room furniture could use some updating for better comfort.

The family room was comfortable with cozy beds, perfect for our needs. Breakfast offered a wonderful variety, with high-quality dishes that catered to all tastes. Parking proved to be a challenge, especially during peak times, and it was inconvenient not to have Wi-Fi available in the rooms. The temperature control in the room needed some attention, as it could get quite warm unexpectedly.

The pool is like stepping into a warm bath. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a great selection ranging from hot dishes to fresh pastries. Plus, the free shuttle service to the gondola made getting to the slopes super easy.
